Dear Father Dean,

Greetings of peace and love!

I am writing to formally apologize for missing my Physical Education class with Mr. Voltaire
Daria yesterday. Unfortunately, I was unable to set my alarm on time making me not wake up
from siesta on time and went down at 3:00 PM instead of the scheduled time of 2:00 PM.

I understand the importance of attending all my classes and regret any inconvenience this may
have caused. I assure you that this was an intentional incident, and I am taking steps to ensure it
does not happen again in the future.

Once again, I apologize for my absence and any disruption it may have caused. Thank you for
your understanding.
