competition organized by the RMIT SGS
Human Development Club, aimed at
providing a novel platform for students in
the South of Vietnam to explore various
dimensions of Human Resources

MARKETING TIMELINE
STAGE 1
Facebook (HR Visionaries Official page): Create the poster and frame, and
publish 2 posts per day for the pre-event and 3 posts for the on-event.
Facebook Group: Announce the competition and help participants seek
out teammates.
Media sponsors (Yboxs, Edu2review): Introduce the background and
mission of HDC and HR Visionaries.
LinkedIn: Promote the competition throughout 3 rounds.
STAGE 2
Backdrop: Place at North Staircase to inform RMIT Students and set up on-
event round 3.
Booth: Supported booth activities by Organisers.
Club Program Signage and University Digital Signage – GIF: Use as digital
posters.
Standee: Use to provide competition information by placing it in front of
the competition room/front of the promoting booth.
The flyers platform is the reserve method.
Use Campus buzz to promote.
STAGE 3
Interactive and informative posts on HR Visionaries fan page to engage
with the audiences.
Recap photos after each event and a recap video of round 3.
Introduce 1 potential guest speaker, 6 potential judges, 5 mentors, and
sponsor guest speaker, 6 potential judges, 5 mentors, and sponsors on the
s on Facebook fan page.
Send information with a poster via email to guest-speakers.

MARKETING CHANNELS
Internal marketing
Invitation and promotion will be sent to all the RMIT students via student’s
email by Campus buzz as the official communication channel for RMIT.
HDC club will promote the competition on television throughout the
campus, which can achieve above 100 reaches per day.
External marketing
Media support: HDC has partnered with over 10 other clubs and
universities (UEH, FTU2, UEL, Tôn Đức Thắ ng, Văn Lang...).
Media support: Post about the competition information through media
ambassadors (change avatars, postings).
Potential ambassadors: Jellah Minh, Đinh Phạm Bảo Nghi (Vice President
of SGS RMIT Student Councils); Trầ n Lâm Nam Bảo (current student
scholarship) ... to attract candidates.
