In the use process of the product, it must be sure to do the maintenance record, the

5、根据本公司多年经验，用户在使用本公司产品中，常常疏忽以下维

护事项，再次提醒应重点关注：
According to the company’s years of experience, the users often neglect the following
maintenance items in the use of the company’s product. Remind once again it should be
focused.

1）现场安装或调试时需要拆解部件，拆解后再次恢复时没有保证装配

精度，没有达到紧固要求！
It is need to disassemble components in on-site installation or dismantling, then the
assembly precision can’t be ensured when recovering components again after dismantling,
and the fastening requirements can’t be ensured!

2）试车前没有加注润滑油，或加注润滑油数量不够，或润滑油牌号不

符合要求！
Before the test run, no filling of lubricating oil, or the quantity of lubricating oil is not
enough, or lubricating oil grade does not meet the requirement!

3）使用过程中，没有按照要求定期更换符合质量标准的润滑油！
In the use process, it does not regularly replace the lubricating oil, which meets quality
standards, in accordance with the requirement.

4）使用过程中，没有按照要求定期对连接螺栓检查、紧固！
In the use process, it does not regularly check and fastening the connection bolt in
accordance with the requirement.

5）电气检测元件紧固件或连接线松动，检测信号失真，控制失灵，导

致产品故障！
The fastener or connection of electrical detecting element loose will cause the detection
signal distortion, failure control, and result in product failure!

1. 设备的用途 Purpose
PZHE 圆盘给料机是物料输送与混匀系统中的一种盘状给料设备，适用于冶金、
建材、化工、轻工等行业及机械化铸造车间，将散状物料连续、均匀、准确地配送
给其它输送机械。
PZHE Disk Feeder is the material conveying and mixing system of a disk feeding
equipment, used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, light industry and
machinery casting workshop, the bulk materials continuous, uniform, accurate
distribution to the other conveying machinery.

3. 工作原理及结构特征 Concept and structure

PZHE 圆盘给料机由圆盘机座、盘面和套筒三部分组成。
PZHE disk feeder is composed of the disk base, the disk surface and the sleeve.
其工作原理是：料仓里的散状物料经套筒里的蜗套落到盘面上，圆盘机座的传
动装置带动盘面旋转，将物料由套筒的接料槽出料口配送给输送机械，完成给料过
程。同时，改变圆盘盘面的转速即可调整给料量。
The working concept: bulk material of the silo fall on the disk surface by spiral part of the
sleeve. The transmission device of disk base drives the rotation of the disk, transmit the
material to the transport machine by discharge hole of the receiving groove of the sleeve,
and complete the feeding process. Meanwhile, changing the rotation speed can adjust the
feeding quantity.
在本设备的结构中，盘面的转动是通过减速器输出轴上的小齿轮转动回转支承
的外齿来实现，小齿轮易于与回转支承的外齿轮分离，便于卸下减速器进行传动装
置的维护与更换。
In the structure of equipment, the disk surface rotation is realized through the small gear
on the output shaft of reducer rotating the external gear of rotary bearing. It is easy to
separate the small gear with the external gear of rotary bearing, and convenient to unload
the reducer for the maintenance and replacement of transmission device.

4. 设备安装前的储存 Storage before installation

圆盘给料机的发货产品一般由圆盘机座（散件）、盘面（散件）、套筒（散件）
、
零配件（木箱）等四个部分组成。买方收到卖方交付的设备后，应按照以下要求妥
善储存。
The delivery product of disk feeder generally is composed of disk base (bulk parts), disk
surface (bulk parts), the sleeve (bulk parts), and spare part (wooden case). The buyer
should properly store the delivered equipment as the following requirement.
1）不能直接露天堆放，可用防晒防水布遮盖，最好能放置在室内，确保设备保存在
通风干燥处，远离雨水的冲刷与侵害。
Cannot air storage, could cover with sunscreen and waterproof cloth, and best place
indoor, ensure the equipment is stored in ventilated and dry place, away from erosion and

infringement of the rain.

2）装卸时要小心轻放，注意对设备裸露加工面的保护，以免损伤连接部位和表面漆
膜，影响安装和使用。
Be careful when loading and unloading, pay attention to the equipment exposed machined
surface protection, so as not to damage the connecting part and the surface coating, and
influence installation and use.
3）圆盘机座包括减速器、联轴器、电机等重要部件，应妥善储存，不得出现遗失、
人为破损等现象，存放期间每隔 2 个月对电机通电一次，电机带动减速器及盘面运
转，每次不少于半小时。
The disk baser includes important components of reducer, coupling and motor, should be
properly stored, must not be lost or man-made damaged , the motor should be electrified
once every 2 months in storage period, the motor drives the reducer and disk surface to
operate, each time not less than half an hour.
4）如果装卸不当或储存不当导致设备表面漆皮脱落严重，在安装前应对脱落部位重
新补漆。
If improper loading and unloading or storage leads the paint of equipment surface to shed
serious, should paint the shed place again before installing.

5. 设备的润滑 Lubrication
5.1 减速器的润滑 Lubrication of reducer
减速器齿轮采用 CLP VG220 润滑油，油池润滑。加油位置在减速器箱体的透气
塞，油量参照表 1。
Gear of reducer uses CLP VG220 lubricating oil, oil bath lubrication. Refueling position
is in porous plug of reducer box, and oil capacity refers to table 1.
5.2 回转支承的润滑 Lubrication of slewing bearing
回转支承齿轮与减速器输出小齿轮采用 L-CKC320 齿轮油，油池润滑。加油位
置在回转支承座的视孔盖，油量参照表 1。
Gear of slewing bearing and small output gear of reducer uses L-CKC320 gear oil, oil
bath lubrication. Refueling position is in manhole covers of slewing bearing seat, and oil

capacity refers to table 1.

5.3 润滑油的更换 Replacement of lubrication oil
设备首次使用三个月后，对减速器和回转支承润滑油进行检查，根据润滑油的
污染程度进行适当更换。
For the first time after three months of using equipment, check the quality of lubrication
oil of reducer and slewing bearing, and properly replace the oil according to the degree of
pollution.
设备正常运转后，回转支承润滑油至少每 1 年全部更换一次，减速器润滑油每
2 年全部更换一次。
After the equipment operates normally, lubrication oil of slewing bearing should be
replaced all every 1 year at least, lubrication oil of reducer should be replaced all every 2
years.

6. 设备的安装调试 Installation and commissioning

设备的安装调试要求应符合 YBJ201《冶金机械设备安装工程施工及验收规范
通用规定》和 YBJ213《冶金机械设备安装工程施工及验收规范 烧结设备》中关于
圆盘给料机的通用规定。
The requirement of the equipment installation and commissioning shall be in compliance
with the general regulation about disk feeder of YBJ201 general regulation of
construction and acceptance standard of metallurgical mechanical equipment installation
project and YBJ213 sintering equipment of construction and acceptance standard of
metallurgical mechanical equipment installation project.

6.1 设备的安装 Installation

1）现场根据装箱单核对设备到货状态，核对无误开始准备安装，如发现问题应
立即与收货方沟通，并反馈我公司予以解决。
According to the packing list, check the arrival state of the goods in field, and start to
prepare installation without mistake. If finding the problem, communicate with consignee
immediately, and feedback to the company for solving the problem.
2）清理安装基础和设备表面，检查基础标高和地脚螺栓尺寸是否符合图纸要求，
如发现问题应立即反馈。
Clear the surface of the foundation and equipment, check the base elevation and anchor
bolt size conformed to the drawing requirement, feedback immediately if finding any
problem.
3）安装圆盘机座，将机座落入基础，各地脚螺栓处加上调整垫，调整机座中心
与基础中心纵、横向极限偏差±3 mm，标高极限偏差±5 mm，水平度公差 5/1000
mm，然后焊固调整垫。
Install disk base, put disk base on the foundation, plus the adjustive mat to the bolts,
adjust limit deviation of longitudinal and transverse center of the base and foundation to
be±3 mm, the elevation to be±5 mm, levelness tolerances to be 5/1000 mm, and then
welding the adjustive mat.
沿圆周方向打上密封胶
Smear the sealant along the circumferential direction

4）安装圆盘盘面，清理干净圆盘机座的过渡盘上端面，沿圆周方向打上密封胶，
再将盘面安装到过渡盘上。调整盘面标高极限偏差±5mm。
Install the disk surface, clean the upper end face of transition disk of disk base, smear the

sealant along the circumferential direction, and then assemble the disk surface with
transition disk. Adjust limit deviation of the elevation of the disk surface to be±5 mm.

5）安装套筒，先将套筒的接料槽拆下来，再将套筒法兰与料仓法兰联接上，套
筒的出料口应正对皮带运行方向。调整套筒中心与盘面中心纵、横向极限偏差±3
mm，调整蜗套刮刀下端面与盘面的实际距离应在 20 ～25mm。
Install the sleeve, first remove the receiving groove from the sleeve, then connect the
sleeve flange with the silo flange, discharge hole of the sleeve should face to the belt
running direction. Adjust limit deviation of longitudinal and transverse center of the
sleeve and disk surface to be ± 3 mm, and adjust the actual distance to be 20~25mm
between the lower end face of worm set scraper and the disk surface.

实际距离应在 20~25mm

6）安装接料槽，将接料槽从下往上与套筒联接上，检查出料口开口方向与皮带
运行方向是否一致。用手盘动联轴器以转动盘面，检查小刮刀在运转中与接料槽是
否干涉，如干涉应重新调整套筒和机座。
Install the receiving groove, connect it with the sleeve from bottom to top, check the

opening direction of discharge hole and the running direction of the belt is consistent or
not. Rotate the coupling with hand to rotate the disk, check the small blade in operation
and the receiving groove has interference or not, it should readjust the sleeve and the base
if having interference.

6.2 设备的调试 Commissioning

6.2.1 空负荷试运转 No load test run
安装完毕后，确认设备各部位的润滑已达到试车要求，然后按照圆盘给料机的
工作旋向进行无负荷试运转半小时。检查设备是否有漏油、异响等情况，检查电机
的电流是否正常。
After installation, confirm the lubrication of each part of equipment has reached the test
requirement, and then do the no load test run for half an hour according to the work
rotation direction of disk feeder. Check the equipment has leak, abnormal sound or not,
check the motor current is normal or not.
6.2.2 负荷试运转 On load test run
在完成设备的空负荷试运转后，根据现场统一要求，进行联动负荷试运转。检
查设备是否有堵料、异常振动等情况，检查电机的电流和减速器的温升是否正常。
After the no load test run of the equipment, do the linkage on load test run according to
the field uniform requirement. Check the equipment has block, abnormal vibration or not,
check the motor current and the reducer temperature rise are normal or not.

7. 设备的使用与维护 Use and maintenance

圆盘给料机每次运转前，要求检查设备的各润滑点是否有油，各密封处有无泄
漏，各处螺栓有无松动。
Each time before the disk feeder operation, should check each lubricating point of the
equipment has oil or not, each seal has leak or not, each bolt has looseness or not.
在减速器实际运转达到 2500 小时以前，对设备每 2 周作一次以下检查：
Before the actual operation of reducer reaches 2500 hours, make the following check for
the equipment every 2 weeks.
1）减速器与回转支承各处紧固件是否松动。
The each fastener of the reducer and slewing bearing has loose or not.
2）减速器是否有异常声响处和过热处。
The reducer has abnormal sound and overheats or not.
3）电机电流是否正常。
The motor current is normal or not
每月检查一次减速器和回转支承的油位，如不到规定油位应予以补充，油位勿
超过规定上限。
Check oil level of the reducer and slewing bearing monthly, and refuel if it does not reach
the specified level, the oil level do not exceed the prescribed limit.
