(CSE200081).

Please find attached the tools required for MY TRANQUILITY Extended QL3/QL4 routine.
We have carried out an audit on the tools belonging to BBV Engineering, our agent in Malaysia. We
found that they have 12 of the required tools available. Unfortunately though, those tools are not
OEM tools but rather was fabricated here locally.

We propose renting the required tools directly from MTU instead of BBV for we feel it is much more
reliable. We fear that using the tools from BBV may cause unforeseen accidents or unwanted delays
to the overall program later.

Noted on your advice Sir, but as been aware the job is only a one day trip for basic QL1 Routine
Servicing (Oil change, Coolant Check , Filter Change and take oil sample). Decision is to send people
below as they also experience and been working with 4000 Series and Gas Engine.

Also agree with your advice to send trained people but for next high level Routine Maintenance
soon.

No.4 at KUB Bukit Tagar.
The previous attachment is apparently corrupted. Hence, I am re-attaching the file again.

Our plan to visit Pulau Indah will be on 27 May 2021. Three pax of SC guys will be there to visually
check the engine condition and other related components to the gas Genset prior to the
commissioning work by MTU-A Commissioning Engineer. Please let us know the detail required to
submit to enter the working area (e.g., Visitors details, PPE, Work Permit etc.).

For your info, we will not proceed to visit Careglove in Senawang during this trip as the complete gas
Genset still not there yet. We will plan our 2nd trip before the setting to work of the gas Genset
started, and the date will be subjected to the readiness of the gas Genset, MCO and the schedule of
the Commissioning Engineer from Singapore.

find the parts in the engine’s parts catalogue. Therefore, we would like to request for your assistance
in identifying the components in question.

This is the 1st draft and is subject to for further discussions with CSE.

As for the spares list which is also in the Excel file, we are in the midst of clarifying some information
with OIC and TSW will try to provide our feedback at the soonest.

Series Engine. The table are self-explained on the availability. Please do call us for further support if
