OBJECTIVE:
To provide financial assistance to poor and deserving students under the Religious
Education Program.
DEFINITION:
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
covers free tuition fee, miscellaneous fee, other fees and monthly allowance
GRANT IN AID
Scholar/ recipient of financial assistance under the Religious Education Program
COVERAGE:
This covers the scholarship program offered to poor but deserving students and
academically excelling under the Religious Education Program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The applicant submits the application letter and other requirements to the Scholarship
In-Charge. Documents and list of qualified applicants will be forwarded to the Office of
the University President for approval after going through the initial screening.
GUIDELINES:
1. The applicant must be a Roman Catholic.
2. Must submit the ff requirements:
a. Application letter to the University President
b. Form 138 (No grade below 80% in all subjects)
c. Result of SPUQC admission test with passing mark
Admission Entrance Test will be conducted by the Guidance personnel
d. Copy of recent income tax return of parents (annual of both parents will not
exceed P100,000.00)
e. Recent MERALCO bill (for Manila residents)
f. Medical certificate (declared fit to study and work by the school clinic and
hometown health centers, had undergone laboratory tests, xray, medical history
like asthma, heart condition and etc. Medical expenses are shouldered by the
applicant)
g. Endorsement letter from the Parish Priest or School head
