Ingredients Chiffon Cake

Cake Flour 3 kls.


White Sugar 3 kls.
Baking Powder 1 small box
Cream of Tartar 1 small box
Corn Oil 2 liters
Vanilla 500 ml
Salt 1/4 cup
Evaporated Milk 5 can
Egg 2 trays
Whippit (Whipping Cream) 6 kls.
Icing Food Coloring Any preferred color (at least 4 pcs)
Cake decors Sugar flower/Edible dragees/etc.
For Butter Cream Icing
Unsalted Butter 2 pcs.
Confectioners Sugar 1 kl.
For Fondant Icing DEMO (Dummy Cake)
Marshmallows 1 kl.
Confectioners’ sugar 1 kl
Round Styrofoam dummy cake 3 by 5 or 6 inches
