A E&M ISSUES (HEAD QUARTERS)

38A(2) Drawings are being dispatched with

Saturday dates and submitted in this
office on mondays. However several
times it was instructed to furnish the New Point MEIL to respond
drawings from Monday onwards

38A(3) In compliance to the point 36A(1)

forecasted BHEL supplies for Q2 was
furnished in the monthly progress
report of May 24. However several
mistakes were observed in the unit
details, some of the material to be
received are not shown. Request to New Point MEIL to respond
cross check the details furnished by
BHEL before submission and adhere to
the supply schedule.

B E&M ISSUES (FIELD)

36 B(1) As per the approved drawing for pipes
and embedments in second Stage-R3,
layout of the Runner aeration pipes for
all the 12 units shall be shown in EMGA
drawings upto termination above

9E(1) Submission of Tail Race Channel (TRC) MEIL agreed to submit by 30.05.2024. MEIL has not furnished. MEIL to furnish designs &
designs & drawings along with outfall drawings for TRC for initial rock
