DESCRIPTION In this unit of study you will learn how complementary therapies is part of the overall
health system and how to continue your professional development and keep up to date
with the latest industry news.
The unit will also get you to define your purpose for being in practice, set goals and
objectives and look at some components of a business plan.

Components of this unit require self directed study where students will perform research
and or set tasks followed by reviews promoting learning, engagement, debate and
group discussion.
