response to the Invitation Implementation of E way bill &E Invoice Integration with SAP in

Approaches to Meet the Requirement
As we have discussed about the E-Invoice& Eway bill Integration with SAPand will be
configured in SAP. Priyanshi Technology will deliver this solution with the experience of work
carried out for similar requirement for clients.

Priyanshi Technology would be in a position to successfully complete this Integration as we

have proto type created already and can give DEMO as well. We will use our project team with
skilled consultants to implement the ‘Project Scope’ specified under the Scope section.

To provide a solution that will generate e-invoice& E way bill directly from SAP forInvoice.

Approach
Based on past experiences, and knowledge in thefield, all required configurations, development
modifications will be worked by experienced project team consisting of a Functional and
technical consultants.

Priyanshi Technology will follow Agile methodology to develop the required Interfaces as

Management Proposal
Resource Arrangement
A Project Team assembled primarily from our own company will undertaking the software
development work to deliver the ‘Project Scope’ description as per the above Technical
description section. Consultants will be deployed at Work at Off-shore at Priyanshi
Technology Office location at Cuttack.
M/S Priyanshi Technology, will be accountable for delivery of the project, having full authority
over the necessary resources, and will be the formal contact for the work contract.
Work Package Description
Priyanshi Technology will manage the project using the best practice Project Management
techniques to ensure that the work can be carried to cost and schedule. As part of this exercise,
the project has been broken down into a number of distinct work packages, which will enable
progress to be monitored effectively. The work breakdown structure will also be used as the
basis for defining milestones against which payments for progress during the project would be
made.

Terms and Conditions

1. This proposal is valid for next 1 week from the date of submission. The price is subject to
authorisation to proceed being received no later than 9th OCT 2020.
2. Shri Jagannath Steels & Power Limited will promptly provide all relevant documentation,
system access, security access and onsite working facilities for Priyanshi Technology
consultants without any delay.
3. Priyanshi Technology will not be responsible for any delay in project implementation arising
out of Shri Jagannath Steels & Power Limited not being responsive to act quickly on project
dependencies like hardware and software availability/procurement or any other factor which is
hampering the project progress and is caused by Shri Jagannath Steels & Power Limited
inaction.
4. Requirements specific to Shri Jagannath Steels & Power Limited, which is not discussed in the
‘Project Scope’ section, shall be analysed and worked out with additional efforts based on the
extension of the solution functionalities.
