JOB DESCRIPTION: FINISHER

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

To sort all produced items according to size and brand ensuring all items placed inside the cart
are within the product specifications and requirements.
1. Place all cart near the conveyor. Clean the carts.
2. Clean all plates (carbonate) ensuring its free from dirt and dust
3. Take all items from the conveyor, ensuring items are free from ink smudges.
4. Sort items per size and per brand
5. Check items ensuring that all items placed inside the cart are printed and of same brand
6. Place all sorted items inside the cart
7. Set timer in accordance to drying time set by QC
8. When the set time has been reached, check if the items are properly cured. Set timer
for another 5 to 10minutes if not. Report to Supervisor if additional curing is needed.
9. Report to QC or Supervisor if there are items found to be off quality.
10. Stack the items ensuring all items in one pile are the same.
11. Endorse all items to Packer.

EXPECTATIONS:

1. All items are cured

2. All items are with print
3. All items are stacked per brand and size
4. All carts and plates are properly cleaned before start of work
5. All items are endorsed to Packer
