4. Mobilization of  Pinching hazard 4.1 Vehicle will be guided by flag man to desired location.

11.5 Once all clearance is done daily inspection of rig is completed than pilling can be
started.
11.6 While pilling in progress unauthorized entry should be avoided.
11.7 During pilling activity mug should be removed immediately.
11.8 Circulation pit should be barricaded with hard barricading.
11.9 On daily basis housekeeping should be done after completion of pilling activity.

12. Lowering of  Hitting hazard 12.1 Once drilling is completed cage can be lifted.

13.7 Once concreting activity starts no un-authorized entry to pilling location should be
allowed.
13.8 Pouring of concrete should be done slowly and with proper care.

14. Housekeeping of  Cut injury 14.1 Once pilling activity is completed entire area should be cleaned and should be
area handed back to production area.
