DIVORCE DEED

This DIVORCE DEED is made at Lahore, on this 22nd day of October 2017.

Know all man by these present that I, Muhammad Irfan son of Abdul Rehman, Muslim,
Adult, Holding CNIC No. 33101-1524687-3, resident of House No. E-517/A St. No. 1 Keer
Khurd Near Darbar Baba Karam Ali Shah Bedian Road Lahore Cantt , do here by declare and state
as under:-

Whereas I was married with Mst. Nazia Bibi D/o. Muhammad Akram, Muslim, Adult,
Resident of Village Khanna Tehsil Raiwind Distt, Kasur , with the consent of the both families,
the marriage was solemnized on 21 st day of May, 2017 according to MUHAMMADAN LAW
at Kasur.

That, I tried my best to maintain the matrimonial tie but could not succeed to
achieve happily matrimonial relation-ship due to our mental level, we could not
understand each other, in view of above circumstances I reached at the conclusion that
there is no possibility to live with her as a husband and wife in accordance with the
prescribed limits of Al-Mighty Allah.

That, I have already announced verbal/oral divorce to her but she demanded/pressurized
me that divorce will be announced in written, so on her demand I again announce divorce
to her in the presence of two witnesses in writing:-
1. I, Muhammad Irfan S/O. Abdul Rehman DIVORCE TO MY WIFE MST. Nazia Bibi D/O.
Muhammad Akram.
2. I, Muhammad Irfan S/O. Abdul Rehman DIVORCE TO MY WIFE MST. Nazia Bibi D/O.
Muhammad Akram.
3. I, Muhammad Irfan S/O. Abdul Rehman DIVORCE TO MY WIFE MST. Nazia Bibi D/O.
Muhammad Akram.

I have already paid Dowry amount of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) in cash, at
the time of Nikkah Ceremony according to the Nikahnama’s point No. 13.

That by virtue of this Divorce Deed I have released MST. Nazia Bibi D/O. Muhammad
Akram from the matrimonial clutches and she will be at liberty to contract to marry with
anyone after expiry of iddat period.
Whatever is stated above in Divorce Deed is true and correct to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
