1) First of all press UPS green button and see A.C Input and Inverter output green lights are ON .

2) Now ON mains of Air Dryer and ensure that air temperature should be in green zone i.e 0 to 15 ºC .

3) Clean the machine and surface plate properly ,use acetone to clean the surface plate and use soft ,rashes
free cloth.
4) Ensure room temperature should be maintained at 20 ± 2 º C.

5) Humidity should be maintained at 70 ~ 80 % .

6) Before starting the machine ensure that air pressure should be above or equal to 60 PSI .

7) Now start the computer than start the controller .

8) Now open Calypso software and start work .

9) When change the Styli ,Calibrate the standard ball always.

10) After completion of work switch off controller and room lights.
