INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS AND EXAMINERS ON HANDLING 2023 OMR SHEET

FOR A SUCCESSFUL GRADING.

Please find below, the necessary instructions that all users including the students
must adhere to for a successful delivery of the service as required.

at LGA collation center three things are important

1. Ensure that the OMR are not folded at the four edges
2. All the papers are in the same direction, i.e head to head base to base
3. From each LGA two parcels are expected. An envelope containing all the
PAPER A altogether, Another Envelope containing all the PAPER B
altogether while point 1 and 2 above are religiously observed.
All the 5 instructions above are important to the special (gate crashed) students
including the following

The above fields marked in red are very compulsory for those that use un-
customized OMR sheets, the attendance will be collated and uploaded by the LGA
as the case may be.
Please note: Even if the student does not write his name on the OMR sheet, the
full name must be written on the attendance as shown.
The major thing is to write his/her school ID and Student ID on the OMR and
shade it Correctly
