Tours depart every 30 minutes from the Campus Tours
booth in the Gold Gym, starting at 10:30 a.m.
Get a feel for residence life by touring first-year dorm
rooms and by visiting the Dining Centre. Tours depart

every 30 minutes from the Residence booth in the Gold
Gym, starting at 10:15 a.m.
The Faculty of Nursing, School of Creative and Performing
Arts (SCPA), Department of Art and Art History (DAAH)
and the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape
(SAPL) will each be offering their own faculty-specific
tours. For the Faculty of Nursing tours, check in at their

booth for more details on their schedule. SAPL tours are
combined with their discovery session, which will depart
from their booth at 10:30 a.m. For SCPA (booths 42–44)
and DAAH (booth 45), both departments will be offering
30-minute tours starting at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Hi, I’m Rex! Although I spend most of my time cheering
on our Dinos athletic teams, the Student Recruitment
Team has asked me to provide helpful tips on how to
make the most of your 2022 Open House experience.

1. Make sure you check-in early! I recommend visiting the Red and
Gold Gyms first to avoid the crowds.

I encourage you to visit the School of Architecture, Planning,
and Landscape’s booth to learn about one of UCalgary’s newest
degrees “Design in City Innovation.”

Make sure you catch an Admission 101 discovery session.

3. This must-see presentation will give you all the information you’ll
need to apply! Bonus sessions start for early birds at 9 a.m. and
an additional bonus session is being offered at 2:15 p.m.

4. Don’t forget to take a campus tour! Ask your tour guide about their
favourite study spot on campus.

students to get all your questions answered.
