RE:NOTICE TO HOLD PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATIONS FROM POSTA GROUND TO BUNGOMA COUNTY

TSC OFFICE ON 13 MAY 2024.

The above matter refers,

We hereby notify you of the above peaceful demonstrations on the mentioned date pursuant to article
37 of the 2010 constitution of Kenya.

Our demonstrations seek to adress the following issues,

TSC to respect the court orders of ELRC given on 17th April 2024 which directed the commission to;

a. Stop internship program

b. Confirm all the 460000 intern teachers on pnp terms

c. Compensate the aforementioned teachers for the period they have worked as interns.

We promise that the whole process will be peaceful and that during the exercise of our rights, we shall
not infringe on other members of the publics' rights and freedoms.We kindly request you to accord the
above group protection during their demonstration procession from Posta ground to Bestlady building .
