Sir/Madam,

SUB: TSPSC – Examinations – Written Examination (OMR based) for

recruitment to the posts falling under Group-II Services (Notification
No.28/2022) scheduled to be held on 06/01/2024 & 07/01/2024 –
Confirmation of the procured venues and to furnish to TSPSC
through online – Request – Regarding.

I am to inform that the Commission rescheduled the Group-II Services written
examination to 06/01/2024 FN & AN and 07/01/2024 FN & AN to be held in 33 districts
of Telangana State. Since the examination falls on working days, the Government in
Education department is requested for declaration of holidays for the institutions on
the said dates.

The Commission intends to conduct the examination in safe and secure manner
under supervision by the respective District Collectors. As you are aware, venues lists
were received from the district collectors earlier for the exams to be conducted on
02/11/2023 and 03/11/2023, but in view of rescheduling of the written examinations,
confirmation to be obtained from the chief superintendents of same venues for the
dates 06/01/2024 and 07/01/2024. In case any venue is not available due to
unavoidable condition, then only alternative venue with same capacity has to be
procured.

During the procurement of venues, it must be ensured that:

a) Venues having CC Camera surveillance shall be preferred
b) CC Cameras in Chief Superintendent rooms are mandatory in which the
Confidential material will be opened, distributed and Used OMR sheets will
be collected, counted, packed and sealed.
c) Tables and chairs or benches meant for seating the candidate in the
examination hall should be of good standard.

d) Dual Desks / Chairs with hand rests must be arranged to write the
examination by candidates since the writing pads are not allowed.
e) The seats should be arranged in rows allowing approximately 2 Sqr meters
of space for each candidate
f) 24 or 48 candidates only must be accommodated in a room (except last
room).
g) The Venue heads must not give consent to any other examinations on the
same date.

The Venues should be confirmed and to be sent to TSPSC online by

07/12/2023.

This may be treated as IMPORTANT and given HIGH PRIORITY as many

items of work are linked to the venues information for conduct of examination in a fair
and smooth manner.
