Joint Inspection Report

A joint inspection report is a document used to report the results of a joint inspection
(external matter). This inspection can be carried out by contractor and contractor, contractor
and MK/Owner, or between contractors, other contractors, vendors, MK, Owner. JIR in Pouchen
projects is most often used in the process of jointly measuring land that will be handed over by
the Piling contractor to the building contractor.
Examples of JIRs that have been created include
1. JIR for the actual position of the stake
2. JIR for actual grading level
3. JIR for actual conditions before temporary land lending

Joint Survey Level Grading Building A2 This joint survey was carried out by Kajima (maincon) and
CV Gelora (Prep. Work). This survey was carried out to determine the actual level of grading
that has been carried out by CV Gelora and will hand over the land to Kajima.
The next step is to look for designated grading data.

It was found that the designated grading level was Elv. +28,000 m.
The next step is to look for data on the finishing level of the soil under the concrete floor which
is still the responsibility of the Preparation Work contractor.
Level = Finish Floor Level Building A1 – (Ceramic Thk. + Slab Thk. + LC + Sand layer)
= 28.45 – (0.05+0.12+0.075)
= 28.45 – 0.245
= 28.205
It was found that the designated grading level was Elv. +28,205 m.

The next step is to process the survey data that we have obtained, then compare it with the
designated grading.

Toleransi perbedaan elevasi (m) 0.0500

Perbedaan elevasi diluar toleransi (m) 0.3286

Volume urugan (m3) 27.93

Then it was found that the average deviation was 0.3786 m. The tolerance we set for this level
that is acceptable is 0.05 m or 5 cm. So that the deviation outside the tolerance is 0.3286 m.
With the building area we will be working on being 85 m2, the volume of backfill we need is
27.93 m3. We will submit this data to the Constitutional Court/Owner to be used as a billing
reference if we carry out the work, or as valid data to ask the preparation work contractor to
carry out its obligations.
This is the completed JIR, then added joint survey attachments, photos and calculation tables.
