are residents of Managa, Bansalan, Davao del Sur, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as TRANSFEROR;

Spouses ROMMEL GIANGAN and HEART MAE D. GIANGAN, both of legal ages, Filipino
citizens and are residents of Gumamela St. Poblacion Uno, Bansalan, Davao del Sur Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as TRANSFEREE;

W I T N E S S E T H:

That we are among the HEIRS OF THE LATE Spouses GERMOGENES DAŃO AND FLORA
DAŃO, the declared owner of a parcel of land located at Purok Lubi, Managa, Bansalan, Davao del Sur,
containing an area of ______________________________ covered by Tax Declaration No. B-01-0016-00558;

That WE hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND COVEY a portion of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY
FOUR (134) square meters, more or less of our share over the above mentioned property unto and in favor
of the TRANSFEREES, Spouses ROMMEL GIANGAN and HEART MAE D. GIANGAN, both of legal ages,
Filipino citizens and are residents of Gumamela St. Poblacion Uno, Bansalan, Davao del Sur, Philippines, with
existing improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature or kind.
