We are UNIVERSAL COLLEGES OF CULINARY ARTS, a private educational institution duly

authorized and registered with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority
(TESDA). The first school here in Parañaque to put up a school of culinary arts with international
standards in curriculum design and facilities.

As part of our commitment, we are assisting our students in facilitating their on-the-job training
(OJT), which is one of the requirements in the diploma course.

On this premise, may we respectfully request your good office to allow one of our students to
conduct his internship (OJT) in your establishment? She is Katherine S. Rearte. She needs to
render 600 hours of service in your kitchen to complete his requirements, especially for Italian
and Asian cuisine. We firmly believe that with the support of your institution, we would be able
to provide the required tools, skills, training, experience, and attitude she needs for her
employment.
