Preparing and implementing all kinds of HR related documents like offers, exits,
appraisals, employment verification etc. Has the signing authority for HR related
document(s).
Handling the responsibility of implementing and guiding the employees (both existing
and new hires) to use HRMS product.
Maintaining the master database of employees for PAN India accurately. This greatly
helped when migrating from one HRIS tool to another.
Implementing Employee Engagement Activities like Blood donation camp, Corporate
social responsibility events, annual day outings, Kids@work place, potluck, festival
themes, inviting leaders/dignitaries from different sectors to our company on a
monthly basis to boost our employee’s morale and also minimizing on budget which is
a saving to the company.
Handling performance appraisal life cycle process from setting KRA’s, year- end
reviews, preparing appraisal letters, PIP process etc.
Provide guidance and interpretation on HR policies and standards.
Conduct meetings with business units and employees regularly to know and work on
feedback given on how to effectively utilize and streamline the HR function.
Joined the pilot batch in a team of 25 during migration of a process and was one
of the key members in learning and implementing few processes like flexible work
arrangements, tuition reimbursements etc.
Fostered teamwork by managing 3 team members conducive to positive dialogue
across the team. Personal efforts were cited as the driving force behind an
employee’s retention.
Being an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Exit process and training new (HR) hires.
Identified the right set of candidates for Rewards and Recognition program based
on their performance and commitment to work.
Responsible in collating and conducting due diligence regarding the feedback for
employees from the management and leadership.
Support day to day HR processes, including assisting employees and partners as
needed either directly or by referring them to appropriate resources
On Boarding Advisor’s or informally known as Buddies who are peer level
employee’ s who can facilitate new hires integration into the firm.
Facilitating the new hire introduction program describing new hires job
responsibilities and key contacts.
Contacting newly joined employees 30 to 60 days after they start to assist and
answer questions
Key contact to coordinate all required system changes and other support for
transfers, new hires and exiting employees in all HR systems.
General problem solving, including finding the appropriate resources and following
up to confirm that the problem has been resolved.
Setting up exit interviews with employee’s to help understand their concerns,
issues and conduct exit formalities in a smooth manner.
Immigration support – Work with immigration team and employees on visa
processing and other related immigration issues
Support Leave of Absence process and report the LOA tracking to leaders.
All Reporting (planned and adhoc): Compliance tracking and reporting,
Compensation reporting, Performance management reporting, Learning hours
reporting, PTO tracking, Immigration reporting and Rewards & Recognition
Reporting.
Prepare and submit all Rewards and Recognition awards, and maintain a current
accounting of awards by employee and actual budget remaining.
Mid-Year and Year-End performance review analysis, Performance review system
management and engagement/project feedback compliance.
Preparing Employment Verification letters/ Experience letters and Transfer
letters.
