Company Circular

To all employees staying in our Company’s accommodation, periodic check visits will be made to
all apartments and rooms. Strict legal measures will be taken against the residents who do not
abide by the rules below:

Housing Accommodation Code of Conduct rules and regulations:

1. Company employees are restricted from storing any items in the Company accommodation that
may carry bugs or pests.
2. Resident employees shall practice high personal hygiene and sanitation while using the
accommodation amenities. Each employee shall clean the designated amenity after each use.
He/she shall ventilate their rooms whilst in their presence to ensure a clean quality of air.
3. Each employee is responsible for disposing own garbage and food leftovers in a sealed plastic bag
disposed at garbage pick- up sites.
4. Residents are restricted from placing any object within any fire exit space.
5. No one is allowed to hang emotional visual posters in any place inside the unit.
6. Placing shoe racks or hanging laundry in the staircases are prohibited entirely.
7. No one is allowed to stay inside the accommodation after their employment has ended and their
notice period is served.
8. The employee shall keep all housing amenities in good condition including electrical, plumbing,
painting, and carpentry items.
9. Under no circumstances can any employee repair any electrical, plumbing, or mechanical technical
installations for any reason.
10. Civil work alteration is not allowed in any form to the facility by any residing employee.
11. Damage to the exterior and interior of the Company accommodation is considered a serious
violation and may result in legal action where the violator shall compensate the Company with the
suitable value of incurred damage(s).
12. Visitors or relatives are not allowed to come to our company’s accommodation except if the
employee meets them in the lobby only.
13. Residents shall not leave any valuable personal belongings in their shared housing units.
14. All residents shall comply with pest control agents when they attend their timely routine checks to
our accommodation.
15. Residents shall not tamper with the security alarm systems, air-conditioning controls, and other
health and safety equipment in the building.
16. Housing accommodation rules and regulations are subject to continuous review and updates where
the Company has the right to implement disciplinary action as per Kuwait state Laws and
regulations.
