AUTHORIZATION LETTER FORM

The present letter to certify that our compony here under mentioned as CONSIGNEE and the present Bill of
lading, authorizes the sub mentioned C&F agent ( licenced by TRA and registered by TASAC ) to clear and
deliver our cargo.
We hereby understand that CMA-CGM Tanzania Ltd will consider the clearing agent as the party responsible
to regularize any payment related to the Blin object (i.e. local charge / deposit, detention and demurrage
but eventually any other charge that would be relevant).

We, agree and attest that clearing agent is authorized to clear and pay all invoices on our behalf to CMA-
CGM Tanzania Ltd as part of the bilateral agreement we have established with mentioned clearing agent.
We commit to honor our obligations as per terms bilaterally agreed with our clearing agent.

We hereby undertake to hold Messrs. CMA CGM, its underwriters, subsidiaries, agencies, sub-agencies, all
their representative directors and employees harmless in respect of any liability, loss or damage of
whatsoever nature which you may sustain in respect with your complying with our instruction and that we
shall not make any claim, nor issue any proceedings, for wrongful delivery of cargo.
