Overview
TresVista is looking to hire an Analyst in the Inside Sales team, who will be working directly with the Sales and Business Development
Leaders of TresVista on projects across the sales life cycle to expand our market base by using pitch and referral-based strategies for
prospective and current clients. The activities will include (but are not limited to) prospecting, lead ge neration, sales pipeline
management, and outreach. The Analyst will see a clear impact that they can make in the department and the company.

Key Role Expectations

▪ Assisting the Sales and Business Development Leaders to create and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
▪ Helping generate new leads and facilitating pitch logistics
▪ Developing and implementing overarching outbound sales and business development processes
▪ Partnering with the Sales and Business Development Leaders to educate prospective and existing clients on TresVista’s service
lines, to drive overall client acquisition and customer adoption
▪ Take a lead role in developing new business proposals
▪ Contributing to the overall operational strategy for client relationship management
▪ Collaborating with different business verticals of TresVista to source required information
▪ Executing deliverables efficiently and ensuring workflow coordination across teams

Prerequisites
▪ Strong verbal and written communication skills
▪ Ability to meet client-driven deadlines
▪ Attention to detail
▪ Natural problem-solver: comfortable with ambiguity; able to both dive into operational tactics and engage meaningfully in the
big picture
▪ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (viz. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
▪ Ability to not only work independently but also be an effective team player
▪ Basic knowledge of business development processes along with financial industry knowledge
