Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM.
Agenda:
 Enhancing of the SIP
1. The school head introduced the four chapters of the School
Improvement Plan.
2. Each representative shares their insights about the mission, vision and
aspirations of the school.
3. The school head gives updates of the school current situation.
4. Each representative discussed the progress of their assigned project.
5. Discussed possible solutions in the problems that might occur within
the duration of the project.

All the members agreed and approved the agenda and the meeting was
adjourned at 12:18 PM
