The Company is dedicated to a quality policy which will ensure that its services meet the requirements
of its customers at all times.

It is the Company’s intention to become and remain the market leader with respect to quality of its
services, providing a defect free service to its clients, on time and within budget.

The Company believes in the concept of customer and supplier working together pursuing this policy
and in continually striving for improvements on quality.

 Enhancing the Client’s satisfaction, determining and fulfilling the client’s needs and expectations.

throughout the Company.
 Adhere to the Quality Policy and its objectives.
 Regularly review quality objectives, and internal audit reports to measure the effectiveness of the
Quality Management System.
 Ensure the availability of appropriate resources.
 Ensuring the Company complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
 Monitor the Company’s quality performance and implement improvements when appropriate.
 Review the Quality Policy regularly to ensure its continuing suitability.
