JSA by: - Coveralls (Nomex Delta C).
Job Supervisor: - Safety Helmet (No older then 3 years
from date of issue).
EXTRA ORDINARY APPROVALS (ONLY IN VERY SPECIAL CASES REFERRED BY A JOB SUPERVISOR):
- Safety Shoes(Sole must not be smooth).
Discipline Superintendent - Safety Glasses (Dark & Clear with carry
Safety Representative case).
- Hearing Protection.
Any Other Approving Authority
- Safety Glove (Rigger Gloves).
- Chain Guard.
- Barricade/Sign the area.
- Pre-Start Safety Toolbox Talk.
- Life Jacket.

Emergency Situation /Evacuation Gas leak /Fire In case of Emergency situation all work must be stopped,
equipment to be switched off and all personnel’s must
report to the nearest muster point considering wind
direction.

1. Erection Dismantling of Scaffolding above 1.1 Fall of material. 1.1.1 Supervisor to ensure that a valid Permit to work along with
supported documents i.e. Safe job analysis etc is available
