Dear Parents
Summer vacation is a time for fun and frolic, going out exploring new
places, basking the sun, playing and much more. Time spent with our
children is the most precious gift one can give as a parent, uncle, aunt or
as a grandparent. These memories stay alive and refresh each one. The
quality time and learning given to the child helps him/her cherish love
and bond relations stronger.

Dear Students
As important as it is to rest and enjoy, it is also important to continue to
learn. You can spend your time as you wish but make sure along with
enjoying and relaxing make summer a time to learn new things and
explore the opportunities available.
To enhance your learning, we have planned activities to keep your skills
sharp and concepts clear. Use your energy and give a vent to your
creativity. It will surely enhance your learning process. The activities
across all subjects are planned with a common idea behind– “BONDING”

ENGLISH
Students should undertake a project on video recording (2 minutes) the
life story of their family members. They may seek information from their
elders on
- Childhood days
- Education
- Their relations with their elders
- The struggles they faced as children and during their youth
- The lessons they learnt from their early life and struggles
- Their likes and dislikes, etc.(The Portrait of A Lady)

MATHEMATICS
Find the contributions of George Cantor and G.W. Leibnitz in the field of
Mathematics.
Write all symbols and their meaning used in the Set Theory and Relations
and Functions.
Write on A4 size coloured papers and submit in the stick file.

PHYSICS
Complete Activity Booklet Chapter 1.
Must choose investigatory project, plan the write up, submit a draft of the
write up on reopening
Must plan and prepare a relevant art integrated cover page
Complete the writing part of the practical record.

CHEMISTRY
The subject of chemistry is integrated with many fields of growth and
development of the human race and the country. Research the
importance of chemistry in various fields and submit the written work on
A4 size papers. Minimum five fields (like medicine, agriculture, economy
etc) should be mentioned with relevant examples in each.

BIOLOGY
Choose an investigatory topic or a case study, plan a write up and submit
it

INFORMATICS PRACTICES
Students should make custom cardboard jigsaw
puzzles on any one of the input or output devices of the
computer.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Train a machine by taking any 3 standing yoga or exercise poses and

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Assignment Title: Entrepreneurship Stall Product Design Challenge


Product Ideation:
Brainstorm product ideas that cater to a specific target market or address
a particular need. Encourage students to think outside the box and
consider innovative solutions. Students should consider factors such as
market demand, uniqueness of the product, feasibility, and potential for
profitability.
Product Design and Prototyping:
Using their chosen product idea, students will create a detailed design
plan that includes sketches, specifications, and materials needed.
Encourage students to create prototypes of their products using readily
available materials or digital tools. Prototyping will help them visualize
their ideas and make necessary modifications.

Cost Analysis:
Students will estimate the cost of production for their products, including
materials, labor, and any other expenses. They should also determine the
selling price based on their cost analysis and desired profit margin.

PSYCHOLOGY
To work on scrap book project regarding articles based on psychology.

ECONOMICS

Students will go through the first two chapters of Microeconomics.

Select 5 countries and find out their type of economies and central
problems with their solutions. Students will create a mind map on the
above in the form of a booklet.

ACCOUNTANCY
1. Draw a Flow chart on the topic- Accounting Process .
The accounting process is an eight-step cycle to detail, analyse and
process a company's financial transactions during a reporting period.
2. Students collect various source documents. (e.g. cash memos, bills,
receipts etc.)
● A Source Document is the root document that bears the essential
information related to the business transaction. When a business
transaction takes place, a piece of written, printed, typed or electronic
trail is generated which stores data relating to the transaction and acts
as a formal or official record. This document is the source document.
● Source documents are typically retained for use as evidence when
auditors later review a company’s financial statements, and need to
verify that transactions have, in fact, occurred.
3. Using Flashcards define any 10 basic accounting terms with pictures.
