Position Title: Human Resources Internship

Location: Remote

Stipend: No

Responsibilities
 Assist with recruitment processes, including reviewing resumes, conducting
initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
 Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing
documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth
transition into the organization.
 Assist with employee relations activities, including organizing employee
events, conducting surveys.
 Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring
compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
 Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

What we are looking for?


 Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in any
domain.(BBA/MBA HR will be preferred)
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact
professionally with students, faculty, and employers.
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to
manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
