Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment processes, including reviewing resumes, conducting
initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing
documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth
transition into the organization.
Assist with employee relations activities, including organizing employee
events, conducting surveys.
Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring
compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
