The Assistant Engineer Local Self Government Department, (LSGD)O/o Office of the
Assistant Engineer ,LSGD Section Karimpuzhafor and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala
invitesonline bids for the work detailed below from the Registered Bidders of Kerala PWD
or from any State or Central Government Engineering Departments which are having
similar functionalities like Kerala PWD.

Renovation of Krishi Bhavan -(Pro.No.15/24)

Renovation of Krishi Bhavan in Karimpuzha
Grama Panchayath is a Project Implemented by
including in the 2023-24 year financial plan of
Karimpuzha Grama Panchayath vide Resolution
No.2/1 Dated 15.03.2023 and approved by DPC
vide Project No S015/24. This project is being
implemented with an allocation of 250000 Lakhs
from Development Fund (General).
Renovation of Krishi Bhavan is a project
prepared for the renovation of Krishi Bhavan
building in Karimpuzha Grama Panchayat.
Construction of cabins for agriculture officer and
assistants is mainly done in this project.
Structural frame work for the cabin is made by
using aluminum channel and cabin is made of
12mm thick prelimnated particle board and
glass. Also seats and table for agriculture officer
and assistants is making using Thomson
multiwood. Old dirt paint is removed and new
painting work is done, also LS amount of
Rs.15000.00 is allocated for electrical work.
Estimate prepared using DSR 2018 (COST
INDEX 1.3475) including 10 % CP, 5% OH and
18 % GST, Estimate Report along with site plan
is submitted for technical approval.

Government Procurement (e-GP) Website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. All bid documents are to be
submitted online only and in the designated cover(s)/ envelope(s) on the e-GP website. Tenders/
bids shall be accepted only through online mode on the e-GP website and no manual submission of
the same shall be entertained. Late tenders will not be accepted. A bid submission fee shall be
remitted online during the time of bid submission.

Price Bid shall only be submitted through online.Details regarding remittance of Bid Submission
Fee and Bid Security, Bid preparation and submission are mentioned in the bid document.

The bids shall be opened online on 19-01-2024 at 11:00 at the office of the O/o Office of the
Assistant Engineer,LSGD Section Karimpuzha in the presence of the Bidders /their authorized
representatives who wish to attend at the above address.If the tender opening date happens to be on
a holiday or non-working day due to any other valid reason, the tender opening process will be done
on the next working day at same time and place.

All other existing conditions related to bidding in force in the Kerala Public Works Department will
be applicable in this tender also unless expressly defined in the bidding document. The Tender
Inviting Authority/Employer shall not be responsible for any failure, malfunction or breakdown of
the electronic system while downloading or uploading the documents by the Bidder during the e-
procurement process.Details required for e-payment (Details of bank account having core banking
facility and email addressof the bidder) shall be furnished along with the tender.Tenders not
accompanied by these details will be rejected. All subsequent Government orders connected to
tenders and any revision in the rates of taxes would also be applicable to this tender.

without assigning any reason thereof.
