Open banking/Corporate API, technology refresh, etc

 Overview of the industry and market in which the organization operates. – regulatory
considerations, Neo bank and fintech drive and impact on traditional banking
institutions, the issue of agility of neo banks and finctechs versus traditional banking
institutions etc

 Afternoon Session:

 Review of business processes and workflows. – important bodies/meetings – opco,


project board, CAB, ITSC, GtExCo, security committee meeting, ITSM radio, service
review meeting, BRM, etc

 Introduction to business architecture and its role in EA. – state of the art

Day 3: Technical Foundations

 Morning Session:

 Introduction to IT infrastructure and technology landscape.

 Overview of existing hardware, software, and systems.

 Basics of cloud computing and virtualization.

 Afternoon Session:

 Hands-on practice with IT infrastructure and virtualization tools.


 Review of security and compliance considerations.

Day 4: Enterprise Architecture Methodology

 Morning Session:

 Deep dive into the chosen EA framework (e.g., TOGAF).

 Introduction to architecture domains (business, data, application, technology).

 Afternoon Session:

 Hands-on exercises using the chosen EA framework.

 Case studies and practical examples of EA application.

Day 5: Data and Application Architecture
