Dear Sir/Madam,
We, KAGI International Co. Ltd , Add:, 29 Nguyen Van Mai, Ward 9, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, hereby express our
intention to award a PURCHASE ORDER, in the form and terms of this request for quotation, for the supply of palm
product. Listed in Section-I of RFQ in accordance with specification and in the quantity specified and the terms and
conditions as stated below.

This LOI shall be effective from 28th June 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “EFFECTIVE DATE”) and this LOI is based
on the following conditions:

Section 1: Scope of Supply & Prices

Section 2: Term and Conditions

Payment terms : Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight payment (Conditional)
Ordering rate : 100 containers per month (around 2400 mt per month).

Section 3 : Delivery
Products are to be delivered to PORT DAKAR (SENEGAL).
PLEASE QUOTE FOR FOB, AND CIF DAKAR.
Notify the number of containers this represents according to the different packaging mentioned.
