Narrative

PATIENT HISTORY:
Patient is postmenopausal and had first child at age 32.
Family history of ovarian cancer at age 65 in mother.
Took hormonal contraceptives for 15 years beginning at age 20.
Took estrogen for 1 month beginning at age 42. Taking synthroid
beginning at age 37.
Patient's BMI is 19.7.
Last mammogram was performed 1 year and 11 months ago.

Reason for exam: screening, asymptomatic.


Screening mammogram.
Dense breast tissue screening.

PHYSICAL FINDINGS:

Bilateral CC and MLO view(s) were taken.
Prior study comparison: March 7, 2022, MAMMO SCR BILATERAL W
TOMOSYNTHESIS performed at The Ross Breast Center - South Tyler.
December 16, 2020, MAMMO SCR BILATERAL W TOMOSYNTHESIS performed
at The Ross Breast Center - South Tyler.
The breasts are heterogeneously dense, which may obscure small
masses. 2-D and 3-D tomosynthesis images were acquired.

No suspicious mammographic findings to suggest malignancy.

These mammogram films were reviewed by the R2 Image Checker,


computer-aided detection system.
