DESIGNATION - FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVER

My forte lies in the domain of Food and Beverages owing to the extensive knowledge I
have gained through progressive professional courses as well as on-the-job experience
of day-to-day jobs of sales, server, host, cashier. Of course, one of my goals is to
continue to enhance my knowledge and skills in order to excel in all spheres of the Food
and Beverages industry, a goal achievable by being part of your reputed establishment,
drawing inspiration and learnings from seasoned and expert seniors and colleagues and
having the opportunity to perform in a spirited environment.

I was born in the State of Goa situated on the east coast of India but spent my
formative years in a number of cities across India, and am thus imbued with the varied
cultures and cuisines of this great country.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Catering and Restaurant Management from the renowned
institute- IHM GOA, and with 8 years working in multiple five-star hotels across India;
namely Alila Diva, LEELA, Park Grand Hyatt and consequently working for more than 3
years in Italy and America including California, West Virginia and Colorado in
establishments such as the ASA Restaurant and Broadway Masala. It has also been my
privilege to serve Sir Ratan Tata, OBE, one of the kindest people on earth.

Having a strong hospitality background with working experience in India, America and
Italy, having exposure of more than 10 years in Seafood Fine Dining Restaurants, in
Banqueting, Private Parties’ organization and as a Butler, I feel confident of my
capability to handle high pressure situations and deliver high expectations as a
consequence of having good work ethics including punctuality and being well
disciplined, dedicated and hardworking. With my high confidence and enthusiasm as
well as having great communications skills and always smiling with a positive attitude,
you will surely find me to be a valuable asset to your team and a significant contributor
to the progress of your great restaurant.
