As the range is growing and growing its sometimes impossible to have everything in stock. My tactic
the last weeks was to send a shipping asap even if 1 or 2 miniatures are missing because most of you
guys start asking after a tracking latest one day after payment- so from now on:

1. tell me if you want your order only complete or asap.

2. If you choose asap then please accept that i add the missing miniatures to your next order, or
accept a refund for it. I won t send single miniatures missing alone anymore. Shipping is
higher then the cost of 1 miniature and it takes a lot of time.
3. If you want only complete, then please accept that shipping can take 1-2 weeks if i have to
restock something. It s not usual, but itcan happen
4. In any chase, please stop asking me for tracking. If you paid with paypal, i add it there and
you get a message from them. When i added it there, it doesn t mean it s in the post office. It
just means i paid the shipping and printed the documents. My typical Monday starts with
doing that a lot of times. You can imagine that it takes time to pack several orders. Lb
