Kept At 200 Mm The Front Stand Is Removal With The Help Of HYDRO CYLINDER And Slides On
A Keyed And Machined Bed. The Drives Is Given Through Flexible Propeller Shafts From Pinion
Stands With Double Output Shafts. Pinion Stand Is Connected Through Coupling Mounted On a Gear
Box Being Driven By 15 K.W AC. Motor

Scrap Always Remains On Tension For Proper Winding Matching With The Line Speed To

10 OVER ARM SEPARATOR

The over arm separator device is mounted on the recoiled base the device includes a pair of
pivoting arms witch supports the tooling arbor. Arbor rotates imprecisely machined shaft
supported on a anti-friction bearing located in outboard housings. The tooling consist of
hardened separator disks and spacer with shims the tooling arbor and supports are raised and
lowered hydraulically while counter balancing the tooling arbor as it rises with the coil build –
up.
11 COIL CAR

The Coil Car Is Of Heavy- Duty Fabricated Steel Construction. It Is Constructed In Two
Halves the Lower Half – Base Frame Is Of Rectangular Box Construction with Provision to
Mount Guide Pins and Hydraulic Cylinder for Vertical Movement of the Coil. For Horizontal
Movement Of The Car The Lower Frame Is Fixed With Wheel Mounted On Suitable Axle &
Frame Is Coupled With electric motor To Give The Desired Horizontal Movement To The Car.

The Upper Half Frame Of The Coil Car Is Made Out Of Thick Steel Plates With V- Notched
Polypropylene Liners At Its Top Face. The Upper Frame In Term Is Coupled With V- Notched
Polypropylene Liners At Its Top Face. The Upper Frame In Term Is Coupled With Hydraulic
Cylinder And Guide Pins Suitable Placed In Lower Part Of The Coil Car Body. The Coil Can
Be Hanged To Coiler By Lifting The Hydraulic Placed In Lower Half.

12 HYDRAULIC POWER PACK UNIT

Type : simplex oil circulation system.

Pressure : 100 to 120 bars.
Hydraulic pump : vane type pump
Control valve : 5 nos. make polyhedron
Oil reservoir : 180 Ltrs capacity

The system mainly consist one motor pump assembly one filter and one oil cooler. A pressure
switch is provided to interlock the main equipment along with this differential switch is also
provided across the filter to sense the choking of filter. The operating fluid is allowed to pass
through non-return valve.
