1. Role’s Objective:

TruKKer is looking for a Product Owner. This role will report to Product Manager, and work closely with
Business, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver the best experiences and business outcomes possible
through leveraging technology and driving both product and business metrics around business problems that we
have.

Function: Product
Reports to: Product Manager
Location: Bangalore.
Key Customers: Internal Customers- Function Head of Engineering & Design Team

2. Responsibilities:

a) Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
b) Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality
assurance and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans
match expectations.
c) Ability to create very good product documents (Epic, User Stories, Use Cases, Action diagrams)
d) Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.
 e) Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
f) Assess and address technical risks.
g) Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.
h) Coordinate beta tests.
i) Use database queries to analyse performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
j) Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
k) Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation
l) Able to clearly define the TPM processes, methods, and toolset for being successful

3. Preferred Qualification & Experience:

An MBA from Tier 1 college with successful working experience in Technology & Program
Management Role in a Start Up environment or Product Based Company. Minimum 2 years of
experience.

4. Technical Skills

a) Have hands-on work experience with tools such like Jira, Confluence, Kanban boards etc
b) Have experience in writing Themes, Initiative, Epics and User stories
c) Strong in understanding of UML and BPM methods
