Duties and Responsibilities

Experience developing trading strategies and backtesting models.

Knowledge of finance and capital markets,investing concepts.

Experience with market data APIs and financial data sources.

Portfolio of AI/ML projects applied to finance.

Designing, developing and optimising self-learning algorithms and predictive models leveraging AI/ML technologies.

Collecting, cleaning and analysing large financial data sets to identify patterns and signals. Data sources may include stock
prices, company fundamentals, alternative data signals and more.

Experience with AI techniques like ANNs, CNNs, RNNs, and NLP

Researching and evaluating new AI/ML approaches, models and techniques that can be applied to financial prediction
problems.

Collaborating with quantitative analysts and finance experts to understand requirements and business goals.

Developing prototypes and MVPs to demonstrate the capabilities of AI/ML models.

Performing rigorous testing, tuning hyperparameters, identifying biases and ensuring models perform robustly.

Developing processes for deployment, monitoring and maintenance of models in production.

Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and adapting techniques for the financial domain.

Knowledge of AI model development lifecycle and best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.

Experience with ML methods like regression clustering and other curve-fitting systems.

Qualifications / Educational level & Skills:

MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related quantitative field.
Strong hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/Keras, Pandas, Scikit-Learn.
Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills.
Experience
Fresher with having a good knowledge about building and deploying AI/ML models.
