DBA Terms
1. Introduction
This Agreement is entered into by and between SHAMVIL HASAN KAZMI (referred to as the "DBA
Consultant") and Beo-Software for the purpose of providing SQL database design, stored procedure
development, and ad-hoc query writing services, subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Scope of Work
The DBA Consultant agrees to perform the following services for the Client:
3. Compensation
The DBA Consultant's hourly rate for services provided under this Agreement is $30 USD per hour. This
rate reflects industry standards for SQL DBA consultants and is subject to review and adjustment as
mutually agreed upon by both parties.
4. Payment
The Client agrees to pay the DBA Consultant for services rendered within 10 days of receiving an invoice.
Invoices shall be submitted on a weekly or monthly basis, as agreed upon between the parties. Payments
will be made in United States Dollars (USD) through PayPal invoices. The DBA Consultant will provide
PayPal invoice details for payment.
5. Working Hours
The DBA Consultant will provide services as needed, subject to the Client's requirements. The DBA
Consultant shall work remotely and is available to perform work during mutually agreed-upon hours,
which may include evenings and weekends to accommodate urgent requests.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, sensitive data, or
intellectual property shared during the course of this engagement.
7. Ownership of Work
All work created by the DBA Consultant under this Agreement shall become the property of the Client
upon payment in full.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the
DBA Consultant shall be compensated for all services provided up to the date of termination.
9. Independent Contractor
The DBA Consultant is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client. The Client will not
provide benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off.
10. Liability
The DBA Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages,
including loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the DBA Consultant and
supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
13. Amendments
Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
14. Acceptance
By hiring the DBA Consultant, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
