Hi! I’m Roxana Rusu, a down to earth Yoga Teacher, with a


background in Psychology (BA & MS), trained in Solution
Focused & Resources Oriented Psychotherapy and founder of
Yoga & Chill.
The mission of Yoga & Chill is to counteract the effects of a
hectic and stressful lifestyle by cultivating flexibility and
strength of both body and mind through yoga practice. The
philosophy of Yoga & Chill is that physical activity can be
pleasant, fun and the best context for self-awareness and
observation.
The yoga sessions designed by me are 100% tailormade and can
be perfectly adapted to the needs and abilities of everyone,
boosting self-confidence, improving focus, bringing peace of mind
and a deep relaxation state, especially after long hours of
working.
• Classes are available online (via Zoom platform) and
onsite, personalised according to your preferred schedule
and specific needs of the group/individual.
• The duration of the session starts from 30 min up to 2h.
Standard yoga session: 60 min.
• Yoga styles I’m certified to teach (400h Yoga Alliance
Teacher Training certification): Hatha, Vinyasa, Power
Yoga, Yin Yoga
• Depending on the allocated time, a session can include:
ü Breathing techniques
ü Mindfulness techniques
ü Yoga poses/flow (Warm-up & Cool-down sequences
included)
ü Relaxation techniques

group sessions, you can either join the
classes already scheduled at the Yoga Studio
Sperantei (str. Sperantei 24) or online (via
Zoom) OR you can organize as a group
(min. 6 persons) and set a date and time
perfectly tailored to your group’s needs
(on demand sessions online, in the park or
at a studio/at the office)
