Description

The following RFC will address the following:

Transition New Hire Policy Acknowledgement

End User Impact

Users / departments / field offices who will be affected by change to the above-mentioned applications.
Describe:

Implementation Plan

The configuration detailed in ‘Implementation Plan_Transition New Hire Policy Acknowledgement’ will be
implemented in the SuccessFactors Production Environment. The timing required for the change are proposed below:

Steps to be followed to remove document from the Onboarding module:

Step -1: Login to the instance as Onboarding Admin and go to Home Page

Step-2: Go to Action Search bar and search for " Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document
Templates" in the search bar and click on it.

Step-3: In Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates page, Click on "Define Business
Rules" and you will be landing to the page Assign Document Rules and click on pencil icon for then business
rule page to be open.

Step-4: Click on Take Action - and Select "Permanently delete Entry" to delete the business rule.

Step-5: A dialog box opens for confirmation to delete the rule. Click on "Yes" to proceed.

**Now the rule will be deleted and the document will be removed from the Onboarding module.
Document will not trigger on Signature step**
