Just focus in available spots! These are the only places that are eligible for choosing.

As everyone can see, twelve positions have been taken as department position
holders. These are the members of Bab-Ubble who we elected today. In the chart above,
the Available Spots column indicates how many positions are available in particular
departments. The easiest way to ensure everyone is in their desired department and will
work well and efficiently to make this a great business is by posting the following
information on blackboard under our business (In the THREADS section): Your Name
and the department you want to be a part of. Once you receive this email, please respond
accordingly. Mairon and I have to organize all of this information and proceed from here,
so if your name is not listed and everyone else’s is by 12:00 AM tonight, we will assume
that you are undecided and we will then place you where we think you will help the
business the best based on your strengths.
The way this works is that everyone will be able to see how many positions are
available and left over once everyone starts to choose. Therefore, if you really want a
certain position, you should post ASAP, in order to make sure you get what you want.
Mairon and I know the strengths of many of you based on our discussions and the way
we have viewed you during presentations. Choose wisely, but look at the numbers and
spots available above to get a good sense as to your chances.
Just so everyone knows, the Department Members column is the total number of
members, including the heads of those departments, that will make up that part of the
business. Mairon and I decided that this was the most appropriate method of arranging
and organizing the structure and organization of this business. Take notice of where the
greatest numbers of members (5) are. If anyone has any questions or special concerns
please email both Mairon and I so we can discuss them with you.
