2025 - Presence of all Superintending Engineers/Officers/Staff in Kanchipuram Region -

It is informed that the Tamilnadu Legislative Assembly sessions will commence from
20.06.2024 to 29.06.2024 and the Government may require information on various issues at shott

notice.
Hence all the Superintending Engineers/Other Officers/TANGEDCO/TANTRANSCO of
Kanchipuram Region are instructed to be present during the Assembly Session in their office from
09.30 AM to till the Chairman-Cum-Managing Director TANGEDCO leaves the office or the
Assembly session is over, whichever is later.
All the staffs of the TANGEDCO/TANTRANSCO are instructed to be present during the
Assembly Budget Session in the Office by 9.30 AM on all working days from 22.06.2024 to
29.06.2024.
During the period of Assembly Session, undertaking of tours may be avoided.
All the officers of the Kanchipuram Region are instructed to communicate this memorandum
to all the Staff working under their control.
Any violation of this instruction will be viewed very seriously'
