Week 16

Exercise Log

Track your exercise/workouts for the week. Remember to add enough information to describe your
activities. You can choose what you do, but you must complete a minimum of 60min of exercise
outside of class.

**We are focusing on exercise/workouts, so you can’t just record soccer/basketball/hockey practices.
You must also have at least 60min of exercise/workouts recorded**

press, push up on dumbbell, pushups, 5 min skipping, agility
ladder

Jan 20,21 Bicep curls, shoulder press, pushups, pushups on dumbbell, 1hr
shoulder raise front and sides, dumbbell pull up with traps and
shoulders, back rows, flutter kicks, situps, vups, core engaged
side to side while laying on back
