Rationale a. Encouraging Creativity and Self-Expression: A Festival of Talents provides an
opportunity for students to express themselves creatively through music, dance,
art, and other talents. It also allows them to develop and share their skills in
reading through Re-Telling and Oral Reading Interpretation.

b. Building Confidence and Self-Esteem: By performing in front of their peers,


students can develop confidence and self-esteem. This can help them feel more
comfortable expressing themselves and taking risks in other areas of their lives.

c. Fostering Community Spirit: A School Festival of Talents can help bring the
school community together. It provides a space for students, teachers, and
parents to connect and support one another.

d. Promoting Cultural Awareness: A Festival of Talents can showcase the


diverse cultural backgrounds of students within the school community. This can
help foster greater understanding and respect for different cultures and
traditions.
Objectives To provide an opportunity for students to showcase their unique talents and
skills. This event encourages creativity and self-expression among students,
fostering a sense of community spirit and togetherness within the school.
Students develop their confidence and self-esteem by performing or exhibiting
their talents in front of their peers.
