Function
To remove from rice grain stones, dust and other similar impurities by
the difference in specific gravity to stones and other foreign materials in
conjunction with a regulated cross air flow that also removes dust and
airborne impurities.

Installation

1. Mounting base must be level and stable.

2. A one meter clear space to be provided at the rear of the machine for servicing.
3. A control bin is required to ensure a uniform flow rate.
4. Fit inlet and outlet chutes.
5. Provide wiring correctly to the diagram.

Space must be provided for

1.5 m. cleaning screen and remove
screen.

Operation

Pre-operration check

1. Check tension of belts.

2. Start motor, confirm rotational direction. ( to be clockwise viewed from the front of the
motor. )
3. Check for loose setscrews, bolts and nuts.
4. Feed rice and adjust screen slope.

Operation

1. Fill the flow control bin , turn on main switch, blower and bucket elevator.
2. Open shutter and feed rice to the distributor tray, adjust rice flow rate as required.
3. The stones flocking at the upper center of screen are discharged outside the machine by
regulating and setting the position of discharged lever.

tion screen to achieve the grain
flow as shown in (A).

B : To adjust the grain flow as shown

Replace the seperating screen

To take remove the cable and the outlet chute

1. To remove stone channel 1

2. Remove bolts 2 and disconnect
cable
3. Remove bolts 3 and remove
outlet chute.

To remove the separation screen

1. Remove adjusting nut 1 ( back

side of the machine).
2. Remove left & right nut 2 (infront
of the machine) .
3. Lift the screen up 3 and then re-
move in the direction

Inspection And Maintenance

Daily Inspection
1. Rice flow control, check stone outlet and bran suction duct.
2. Clean machine, bran dust screen and fan.

Monthly Inspection
1. Check the tension of V-belt.
2. Check for loose bolts and nut.
3. Lubricate.
