How to Change Color

For changing color, you are not gonna complete the step for the stitch. Instead before pulling
through the loop (to complete stitch), drop color B, and pickup the other color and finish the
stitch.
Tank Top
(work vertically)
Start by chaining any even number equal to your desired Stitch
length. In my case, I chained 42. (note : we are working on
the width of the top to wraps around the body when
adding rows, and foundation ch as the length if you want
longer top please add more ch)
Check the graph beside. It shows you the pattern we will be
following. I only included a total of 20 chs and 20 rows. So
on row 1, when you reach the 20th st, you will repeat the
pattern(1st to downwards) until you reach the end of your
foundation ch. You will do the same thing when you reach
the 20th row.
These instructions are for those that use 42 foundation ch.
Please refer to the graph if your foundation ch is more or
less than 42.
Row 1 : [(in color A, sc in 2nd ch from hook, dc,sc), (in color
B, dc, sc, dc)]*rep 1 more time, [(in color A, sc,dc,sc), (in
color B, dc)]*rep 1 more time, alternating these steps until
the end of row. You should end with sc in last st in color A.

better to use the graph for reference when starting with a different number for the foundation ch.

color A sc in last.
Row 3 : repeat row 1. In last st , before yo and pull
through all loops, grab color B to change color.
Row 4 : ch 1, B(sc ), [C(dc), B(sc,dc,sc)]*rep 1 more
time,[ C(dc,sc,dc), B(sc,dc,sc)]*rep 1 more
time,alternating these steps until the end of row. You
should end with color B sc in last.

Row 5 :[B(sc, dc,sc), C(dc, sc, dc)]*rep 1 more time, [B (sc,dc,sc), C (dc)]*rep 1 more time, alternating these steps
until the end of row. You should end with sc in last st in color B.
Row 6 : repeat row 4. In last st , before you pull through all loops, grab color A to change color.
Row 7-12 : Repeat row 1-6 one time.
Row 13-15 : Repeat row 1-3 one time.
Row 16 : ch 1, B(sc ), [C(dc), B(sc,dc,sc)]*rep 1 more time,[ C(dc,sc,dc), B(sc,dc,sc)]*rep 1 more time,alternating
these steps until the end of row. You should end with color B sc in last.
Row 17-19 :Repeat row 1-3 one time.
Row 20 : repeat row 16.
Keep alternating row 1-20 until you have desired fit for your tank top. Do not fasten off. Sl st to attach the sides
together.

To start, using color A, foundation ch 88(92, 102, 108)- foundation ch
here was the width for back panel of the cardi. This foundation ch should
fit enough to cover your shoulder.
Row 1 : [(in color A, sc, dc,sc,dc, sc, dc, sc), (in color B, dc, sc, dc,sc, dc,
sc,dc)]*rep 1 more time, [(in color A, sc, dc,sc,dc, sc, dc, sc), (in color B,
dc)]*rep 1 more time, alternating these steps until the end of row.
Row 2-4(3 rows) : repeat row 1, alternating cg across the row and refer
to the graph on slide for stitch numbers and numbers of rows.
Row 5-8(4 rows) : at the end of row 4, pull through with B(B,C,B) *cut A.
Work row according to the graph. Work color C when you reach B from
previous row. work B into A from previous row.
Row 9-12(4 rows) : repeat steps row 1-4.
Row 13-16 (4 rows) : repeat row 5-8.
Row 17-20 (4 rows) : repeat row 1-4.
Row 21 : repeat row 5.
Row 22-25 : repeat row 1-4
Row 26 : repeat row 5.
Keep work by repeating the graph from top to bottom and right to left
until you have total of 40 rows as a back panel for your cardi.
Note : refer to the size measurement in previous page, if you want
longer length for your cardi you could add more rows >40 rows
