Whereas the owner is having the schedule HOUSE belong to his/her and said

property is in his continuous possession and enjoyment and willing to give rental to
tenant under the terms and conditions.

1. The monthly rent amount Rs. 3,500/- (Rs. Three Thousand Five
Hundered Only) Society Maintenances Should be payable by the tenant
every month before 10th for schedule premises.
2. In Owner has received an advances amount Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Seven
Thousand Only) before the below signed witness which is repayable to the
tenant at the time of vacation of premises.
3. The House or premises as been commenced from 01.12.2020 The Tenant
has occupied the premises on the same day.
4. In the duration period the owner shall pay the municipal/ panchayat taxes
and the tenant has to pay E.B charges.
5. The advance amount will not bear any interest. The advance amount will be
return to tenant immediately without any delay by the vacation of the
premises after deducting the rent charges, and damages if any, due to be
payable by the Tenant to the owner by cheque/ cash.
6. In the duration period the tenant is not having any right to sub-rent the
schedule premises to any third party and the tenant should not damage the
premises in the duration period subject to reasonable wear and tear.
7. The duraito period may be extendable if both the owner and tenant agree.
8. Either party should give three month prior notice to vacate or take back the
premises.
9. This Agreement with Mutually consent for 11 Months.

All piece and parcel situated of the HOUSE residing at Door 4/112/4B, Near
Murugan Temple, Thennampalayam, Coimbatore - 641 408, Tamil Nadu
State. This is only related to this deed of rental Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHERE OF THE WONERS AND THE TENANT HAVE


AGREED TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITON AND SIGNED THIS
RENTAL AGREEMENT ON THE ABOVE MENTIONED DATE BEFORE
