MBKVY Guideline for Affiliated Institute/Partner/TC

1) Course Commencement and Batch Size:

• Affiliated Institutes/Partners should initiate courses as per the allocated targets and ensure
appropriate batch sizes.

2) Student Enrollment Fees:

• For courses of 100 hours or less, each student must pay a refundable deposit of Rs. 100 at the
time of registration. This deposit will be refunded upon course completion.
• For courses exceeding 100 hours, students must pay an enrollment fee of Rs. 250 at
registration, which will be refunded upon course completion.

These fees are mandatory for enrollment and participation in KSU courses.

3) Mandatory Registration:

• Registration of candidates on both the GSDM and KSU portals is mandatory before batch
creation.
• Instructors must ensure that all students have completed their KSU portal registration and
paid the required fee before creating any batch on the GSDM MBKVY portal. Only students
who have fulfilled these prerequisites should be included in batches on the GSDM portal.

4) Batch Approval:

• Batches must be sent for approval on the GSDM portal before the course starts. Any batch
started without approval on GSDM portal will be rejected.

5) Approval Assistance:

• All affiliated Institute/Partner/Tc should follow the above procedure but in case of any batch
remains pending for approval, the affiliated Institute/Partner should contact KSU at
mbkvy@kaushalyaskilluniversity.ac.in.

6) Candidate Dropout:

• If an Institute needs to drop a candidate, it should inform KSU via email at


mbkvy@kaushalyaskilluniversity.ac.in , providing the reason for the dropout.

7) Examination and Certification:

• Examination and certification processes should be conducted immediately after course


completion, in coordination with KSU for applicable courses.
