WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENT:

I, VERONICA MATINGKAL , of legal age, Filipino and a bonifide resident of Barangay

Zion, Maitum, Sarangani Province for and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY FIVE
THOUSAND (35, 000.00) pesos, as payment of my house situated at Purok 6,Zion, Maitum,
Sarangani Province, paid in cash by ARSELIA YAESO, also of legal age, Filipino citizen and
also resident of Barangay Zion, Maitum, Sarangani, do hereby waive, transfer and convey, by
way of Waiver of all my rights and interest over my property.

I, VERONICA MATINGKAL , the Vendor of the above-mentioned property Situated at

Purok 6, Zion, Maitum Sarangani Province, do hereby state, that I am the possessor, owner and
actual occupant of the above-described particularly described and bounded as follows.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 06TH day of
February 2024 at Zion, Maitum, Sarangani Province.
